Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we don’t have a physical storefront. However, we operate through workshops, enabling us to offer better online prices compared to retail stores, while maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping – yes, it’s on us! 😊

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and United States.

For customers residing outside of these countries, we apologize for any inconvenience caused, as we do not currently offer shipping to other international destinations. However, we are continuously exploring options to expand our shipping coverage.

Is it safe to ship jewelry?

Absolutely. We use secure shipping methods, and in the rare event that your order gets lost in transit, we have insurance coverage to protect your purchase.

When will I receive my item?

Each piece of jewelry has different production times and undergoes a meticulous quality check. You can find an estimated production duration on the product page. After production, factor in delivery times. We strive to deliver your jewelry promptly.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we can change or cancel your order, but we will do our best to help you. Please note that if your order has already been shipped, you cannot change or cancel it. In that case, you must return the item when you receive it.

What do I do if I need to return something or have a complaint?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Enter your order number and describe the problem. We will investigate your case and get back to you with a solution.
